MARK KOSKIE, B.A., M.A., LL.B. (Osgoode Hall)

Mark is an associate lawyer at Patey Law Group, having joined the firm in February 2010. Mark’s practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury law, which he has practiced since his call to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Mark has appeared in Small Claims Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Mark has also represented numerous plaintiffs at their Examinations for Discovery, and helped to resolve a number of cases with positive results for his clients.
Mark is a 2005 graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at Osgoode Hall, Mark was a volunteer and a program coordinator for the Family Law Project of Pro Bono Students Canada, which provides legal assistance to unrepresented parties in the Toronto-area family courts. Previously, Mark graduated with a Master of Arts (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) (2000), both from York University.
Mark is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Ontario Bar Association. In his free time, Mark is an avid reader and plays volleyball and softball.
