Paula has well over a decade of Insurance experience and endless legal knowledge, allowing Patey Law Group to develop into an Executive Legal Firm that transcends its competitors. She is an active member of the Paralegal Society of Ontario (PSO), Institute of Law Clerks (ILCO), Toronto Law Office Managers Association (TLOMA), and Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). As a graduate of Centennial College, she is a member of the advisory committee to the Law Clerk/Paralegal Program at the College. In addition, she is a past registered Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) Representative with Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO). Recipient of the Crystal Award for Inspirational Woman (2006), an award that honors women who have made outstanding achievements in specific fields and in doing so have contributed to their community, business, friends or family. Paula is also dedicated to Autism fundraising and in 2008 ranked as the highest individual fundraiser for the Walk Now for Autism-Ontario. Paula is the Director of Marketing at Patey Law Group and a Paralegal, P1 licensee who provides legal services that are permissible by the Paralegal Licensing granted by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Paula is also a member of the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA), the Brain Injury Society of Toronto (BIST) and the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario (CPA).
